Free Domestic Shipping Over $125

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $125 and up to $350. Above that, please email us (threadbarefabrics@gmail.com) so we can provide a shipping quote.

Shipping Timelines

We make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner. Orders ship in 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order will ship later than that, you'll be informed in your confirmation email (in the case of traveling/high volume order periods). Please feel free to email us (threadbarefabrics@gmail.com) if you need delivery in a specific timeline and we will do our best to help out!

International Shipping

Worldwide, we offer rates at checkout for orders up to 2.5 yards of fabric plus hardware/notions. For some countries, rates are already available at checkout for larger orders.

We're happy to provide a custom shipping quote for international customers - please email us (threadbarefabrics@gmail.com) with your intended order. We offer USPS and DHL as carriers for international shipments and can provide rates for both. We'd love to work something out for you!

Swatch Service

We are happy to provide swatches of any of our fabrics, free of charge. Please email us (threadbarefabrics@gmail.com) with the names of the fabrics you're interested in, along with your address. Domestic or International! 

Returns

We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed and uncut). It must also be in the original packaging. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then evaluate whether a refund or store credit is appropriate

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at threadbarefabrics@gmail.com.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items/Gift Cards

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
